2026 OMBA FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM
Three Virtual Sessions + In-Person Statehouse Visit
The Future Leaders Program is built for rising stars who are ready to grow with purpose, lead with confidence, and make a meaningful impact across our mortgage community. It is warm, energizing, and intentionally designed to help you elevate your voice, your influence, and your career.
Each virtual session runs approximately 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Eastern Time, blending keynotes, practical content, and interactive discussion in a format that is structured, focused, and highly engaging without taking up a full work day. The Statehouse visit on March 11 will be scheduled to align with legislative activity, with final timing shared closer to the date.
You will move through three dynamic virtual learning sessions and then join us in Columbus for a meaningful Statehouse experience where policy, advocacy, and leadership come to life.
Each virtual day begins with a powerful keynote speaker who inspires, motivates, and moves this industry forward. We will be announcing these speakers soon.

Day 1 – Leadership Foundations (Virtual)
Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM ET
We open with a high energy Leadership Keynote to set the tone for the cohort. Then we dive into leadership styles, communication, decision making, and what it truly means to lead with clarity, confidence, and heart.

Day 2 – Leadership and Operational Excellence (Virtual)
Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM ET
We kick off with an Operations Keynote who understands efficiency, innovation, and how great organizations run behind the scenes. Then we explore the full mortgage lifecycle and the leadership behaviors that support operational excellence.

Day 3 – Customer Experience Journey (Virtual)

The day starts with a powerful Customer Experience Keynote from a leader who truly embodies borrower centered thinking. Then we walk through the entire customer journey and how your leadership shapes trust, clarity, and connection.

In Person Statehouse Visit – Columbus, Ohio

We close out the program at the Ohio Statehouse, connecting everything you have learned to the policy and advocacy work shaping our industry today.

Graduation and Recognition
Participants who complete the program will be recognized during a Future Leaders graduation ceremony at the 2026 OMBA Annual Conference. Graduates will be celebrated in front of their peers and industry leaders and will receive formal recognition for their commitment to professional growth and leadership.
