Three Days in Columbus.

Sunday, June 14 — Arrival Day

Bill Cosgrove opened the conference at 4:15 PM — CEO of Union Home Mortgage, co-chairman of the Tampa Bay Rays, and one of the few people to lead both the Ohio and national MBA. Michael Hammond followed with a sharp keynote on AI, LinkedIn, and the death of the old marketing playbook. Then the Taste of Ohio Opening Reception on The Backyard terrace to close out the night.

Monday, June 15 — The Main Event

Senator Bill Blessing opened the morning from the breakfast table. Maurice Clarett took the main stage at 11:50 AM and delivered the kind of keynote the room is still talking about. Bob Broeksmit brought a national market and policy perspective over lunch. Then 20 breakout sessions across three concurrent tracks, the Tech Demo Showcase, Margaritas & Mingle, a cocktail reception, and a plated Awards Dinner with board installation and Future Leaders graduation to cap the night.

Tuesday, June 16 — Strong Finish

Melanie Coulton opened the morning with a keynote on industry advocacy and the CMB designation. Steve Richman followed with the Change Equation. Jodi Hall on the forces consolidating the middle of the mortgage industry. A FICO 10T fireside with Julie May. Six final breakout sessions. Done by noon.
