📍 Lodging Update — 2026 OMBA Annual Conference

The 2026 OMBA Annual Conference has been filling up fast — fast enough that Monday night, June 15 at the host hotel, the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris, is now sold out. That is a great sign for the conference. Here is what you need to know about your room options.

 

Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris — Sunday Night Only

A limited number of Sunday, June 14 rooms remain in our block at the conference rate. These are available until the May 25 cutoff. After that, Sunday rooms will book at the standard rate (~$195/night). If you are arriving Sunday, grab one now.
 

Hilton Columbus/Polaris — Overflow Block Best Option for Monday

We secured a block of 50 rooms at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris, about 1.5 miles from the Renaissance, at ~$189/night. The Hilton will run a free shuttle to and from the conference on Monday and Tuesday, so you are effectively staying on-site. This is your best bet for Monday night and these rooms will go fast.
