November 1: Payment and logo deadline for all print, signage, badges, and key cards.

November 20: Comp registration names due. Unclaimed comps release back to inventory.

December 6–8: The whole huge thing.

📋 Terms at a Glance

Invoicing: One sponsorship, one invoice. Packages $7,500+ may split 50% at signing / 50% by November 1. Under $7,500: net 30.

Benefits: Activate upon receipt of payment. Logo deadline November 1, 2026.

Member rate: Additional attendees from a sponsoring company register at $695 regardless of membership status.

Cancellation: More than 60 days out: 50% refund. Within 60 days: full credit toward 2027.

Lock in 2027 now: Commit to HFH 2027 by December 31, 2026 and take 15% off the combined two-year investment.
