📅 Key Dates Right now — Anchor packages moving fast. First conversations underway. September 30 — Flagship tier target sellout as weekly speaker reveals run all fall. November 1 — Payment and logo deadline for all print, signage, badges, and key cards. November 21 — Comp registration names due. December 6–8 — The whole huge thing. |
📋 Terms at a Glance Invoicing — One sponsorship, one invoice. Packages $7,500+ may split 50% at signing / 50% by November 1. Under $7,500: net 30. Benefits — Activate upon receipt of payment. Logo deadline November 1, 2026. Cancellation — More than 60 days out: 50% refund. Within 60 days: full credit toward 2027. Lock in 2027 now — Commit to HFH 2027 by December 31, 2026 and take 15% off the combined two-year investment. |
