2008 Golf Outing

For years, OMBA has invited avid golfers and OMBA supporters to join together for a social golf outing. This outing gives attendees the opportunity to network with new and familiar faces, rekindle friendships, and enjoy a social game of golf. Your golf outing registration includes: Cart, green fee, range, use of locker room, proximity marker stakes, practice area, range balls, bag drop service ~ and ~ a complimentary round of golf at Oakhurst with restrictions, good through September 15, 2009.are the golf cart and dinner. Lunch is not included, but is available for purchase at Oakhurst. Tickets for dinner can be purchased separately.

 

 

How to Register

Register online using the online secured registration form or download a registration form to mail or fax in. Confirmations will be provided for those registrations submitted online only.

Registrations will also be accepted on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association, founded in 1961, is the statewide organization devoted exclusively to the field of residential and commercial real estate finance. OMBA's membership comprises mortgage originators and servicers, as well as investors and a wide variety of mortgage industry-related firms. OMBA is dedicated to the maintenance of a strong housing, residential and commercial, real estate finance system. Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy

Registration cancellations prior to September 10, 2008, will incur no penalty. Cancellations after September 10, 2008, are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the OMBA Executive Office. No refunds will be made on cancellations made on or the date of the conference due to committed funds. Forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.

 

Substitutions from within the same company are permitted at no additional cost if received by September 10, 2008. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
